Director of small outreach ministry through Rancho International Ministries - Safe Water RIM - dedicated to bringing safe drinking water to people without in Africa, Mexico & the Americas, improving family & community health & reducing infant/child mortality. Since the spring of 2013, we have provided safe drinking water and improved sanitation/hygiene solutions to customers in Uganda through the distribution of Biosand Filter technology, plus end-user monitoring and WASH training to families and to CAPs (Community Access Points) - such as schools, clinics, child care centers, midwives, small shops and prisons. Today we positively impact the health of over 10,000 Ugandans – primarily children – through a locally owned and operated BSF manufactory and Water Sanitation Team (Omega Safe Water). In June of 2018 we phased out the Biosand filters, replacing them with Sawyer PointOne filter units.
